JE John Project Managers are expected to be well versed and proficient in all phases of a project lifecycle, including estimating, proposals, preconstruction services, course of construction through closeout and subsequent follow-up/client satisfaction. Ideal candidate shall have a minimum of 5yrs Project Engineering and 2yrs Project Management experience. Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture are desired.
Project Engineer with minimum 3yrs commercial projects experience, providing administrative and follow up tasks such as reviewing, analyzing and resolving field issues & discrepancies, document control, RFI, Submittals, procurement, projects takeoff and buyouts, change orders, and closeouts. Additional experience with handling multiple small projects including estimating and subcontractor administration is preferred. Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture are desired.
